Limits of evidence and chemical compatibility in final irrigation

I have just remembered, while reviewing my day, that after irrigating the canals with hypochlorite, WITHOUT doing a final rinse with physiological saline, I first aspirated the excess fluid (hypochlorite) from the canal with a syringe, dried the remainder with paper points and then obturated. I am certain of this. My working length was at the apex, which I confirmed with the obturation radiograph. Do you think I will have a serious problem? Have you ever encountered anything like this?

I have been doing the same for years too :) I irrigate with hypochlorite and fill the canals after drying. There is a theoretical suggestion that salt precipitate will remain when hypochlorite is used for the final rinse, but this has no clinically meaningful impact.
