Root canal access through existing crowns

Doctor, can we do it without removing the endocrown, or do we need to remove it?

Translated version of the Turkish original

Because an endocrown is bonded with resin cement, it is generally not possible to remove it. If you have recently placed it yourself and are sure there is no leakage, root canal treatment can be carried out by drilling through the occlusal surface. Otherwise, it needs to be removed completely with a bur.
