Sudden pain during irrigation and safety assessment

Doctor, why do you use physiological saline when approaching the apex during filing? Is there a drawback to using hypochlorite in this situation?

Translated version of the Turkish original

In some cases, files can push the solution through the apex. Especially in very narrow canals and roots related to the sinus. In these situations, as the file approaches the apex, the solution can be pushed through and sudden bleeding can begin. In such a situation, I reach the apex using physiological saline. After shaping, a final irrigation with NaOCl needs to be performed again.
